Sarah Jane Gets a New Chum for S2

Rani Chandra (Anjli Mohindra) is a new character on the Dr Who spinoff The Sarah Jane Adventures, the character comes to the series after Maria Jackson, played by Yasmin Paige departed.

UK news resource Digital Spy recently spoke to Ms Mohindra about her new job, they started by asking Anjli how she "found working on Sarah Jane, It's been really great. Sometimes when you come into a show, everybody has already formed a little tight group and you feel a bit intimidated, but not at all. Everyone's been really welcoming."
