'Legend of the Seeker' update.

On 27 July 2008 we reported that the US network ABC announced a 22 episode fantasy adventure series entitled Wizard's First Rule. In the interim the series has undergone a name change and will hit the US TV airwaves as Legend of the Seeker (LOTS) on 1 Novemebr 2008

"In other LOTS news Aussie actor Bruce Spence has signed on to play Zipp, "wise and powerful old wizard who accompanies Richard (Craig Horner) and Kahlan (Bridget Regan) on their epic journey", New Zealander/Aussie Jay Laga'aia as "Chase, a loyal and fearsome member of the Councilor’s Guard" and Fijian Craig Parker portrays "Darken Rahl, a charismatic bloodthirsty tyrant that Richard must prevent from unleashing an ancient evil that will enslave the world".
